He will teach you how to paint simple, uncluttered paintings that have that spontaneous feel to them. He will give you tips and demonstrate techniques that will enable you to paint simple, subtle scenes that are dynamic. 

We will paint a mixture of coastal scenes with boats and countryside with lakes and character cottages.

Visit great locations and improve your compositional skills, understand exposure and optimum image quality. Learn basic skills, digital techniques and advanced techniques. There will be a critique session showing images taken during the workshop. 

We will take advantage of the golden colours of autumn within the Mendip Hills as there will be many opportunities to add a splash of autumnal colour to your photographs. We will visit the Mendips, the Somerset Levels and some architectural landmarks.
