Learn to paint village scenes, farm buildings, quaint cottages, coastal scenes boats and buildings in watercolour with Joanne Thomas. All abilities welcome. As she prefers to be on location sketching and painting we will visit Priddy village green, Uphill Boat Yard, Clevedon Seafront and of course the Gorge on this course, giving plent of variation of subjects.

 Joanne will teach you the important qualities required in a pleasing piece of work such as composition, harmonious colour, interesting textures and quality of light and she prefers to be on location sketching and painting.With a bubbly personality Joanne ensures that her classes are not only informative but are also great fun. She is a superb, inspirational tutor who is sympathetic to the needs of her students, using demonstrations to inspire and motivate using her loose impressionistic style of painting.
