David Bellamy and Jenny Keal will both be running another course in 2012. David will teach you how to paint the elements of coastal landscapes, boats and lakes in the surrounding countryside of Somerset and the Mendip Hills. The purpose of the course is to improve your painting techniques, enable you to look for subjects and sketch them, gather enough information whilst out on location to produce a painting later and then show you how to turn these sketches into paintings in the studio. We will possibly visit Clevedon Seafront, Uphill Boat Yard and one of The Lakes in the Mendips.

David will do sketching demonstrations outside and full studio demonstration paintings. There will be plenty of practical work and one-to-one tuition.

Dates and prices will be set in the second quarter of 2011.
